CLI

L’interface en ligne de commande propose trois sous commandes pour interagir avec la base de donnée de PDBFile:

• phystool search
• phystool pdbfile
• phystool pdflatex

usage: phystool [-h] [--list-tags] [--update-pdf] [--update-db]
                [--new-pdb-filename] [--git] [--stats] [--db-dir]
                {search,pdbfile,pdflatex} ...

Named Arguments

--list-tags

Lists all possible tags

--update-pdf

Update the PDF

--update-db

Update the DB

--new-pdb-filename

Returns new PDBFile filename

--git

Commits database modifications to git

--stats

Prints information about phystool and the database

--db-dir

Prints directory which contains the PDBFile database
