PDBFile

Modifie ou agit sur des PDBFiles.

usage: phystool pdbfile [-h] [--pytex] [--cat] [--zip] [--remove] [--reset]
                        [--parse]
                        uuid {tags} ...

Positional Arguments

uuid

uuid of the PDBFile to select

Named Arguments

--pytex

Execute Python code

--cat

Display in terminal

--zip

zip a PDBFile with its dependencies

--remove

Remove PDBFiles

--reset

Reset PDB metadata (useful to change PDB_TYPE)

--parse

Update metadata by parsing PDBFile
